Returns Policy
Return Period
We are happy to accept returns within two weeks (14 days) of receiving your item:

In-Shop Purchases
The return period begins on the date of purchase. You must present the original receipt for the return to be processed.

Online Orders
The return period begins on the date the order was delivered to you.
Return Conditions for a Refund
For us to issue a full refund, items returned must meet the following conditions:

Condition
The item must be strictly unused and in the same condition as when they were originally sold.

Packaging
Items must be returned with their original packaging intact.
We reserve the right to inspect the condition of all returned items. If an item is clearly used, damaged, or not in as-new condition, we reserve the right to withhold refund.
Received a Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Item?
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase because an item has arrived damaged, or was incorrect, please get in touch with us immediately. We will arrange a solution and provide specific instructions for the return or replacement of these items.
